What speed would you recommend? I think it would be cool to see how they perform on a test panel after sitting for so long.

Wow! Those are really old! I was lucky enough to find a bottle of DG111 that is 20 or more years old (the company told me the newest it would be is 20 years old). It was still on the shelf at CarQuest. I don't know where I found it, but someone did an "old school" detail only using products that were available in the 50s or so. Came out really nice, even used a really old buffer.
