I want to buy a battery tender for my garage. Something to charge up my own car(s) and to use on a customer car if it needs. Which battery tender should I get? Is there 1 unit that works on all car batteries? Any help as usual would be greatly appreciated!
I've had great success with this unit: Product Number: YUA1201501 YUASA Site I leave my garage queen plugged in all the time. No need to unplug. It measure and tests the battery, tickle and float features. Great product!
I have the Battery Tender Plus it is a 1.25 amp charger. I found it at derbycycles.com for 39.99 thats the cheapest I could find. I also have 2 of the Battery Tender juniors That were 19.99 at .75 amp charger. If you're getting 1 get the plus. If you're getting 2 think about getting one of each. These things are great. You will love them...:thumb::thumb::thumb:
I use a DieHard portable power but I don't think its what you're looking for. :shead: I use it for emergency power, starting customers cars, and inflating tires.
I saw that. The Battery Tender Plus is on sale from 59.99 to 49.99...They have some more also but to much money. Good eye
Don't know if that's with shipping or not, but this one is $42.23 with free shipping: Amazon.com: Deltran SuperSmart Battery Tender Plus 12-Volt 1.25 AMP Battery Charger: Automotive Gotta love the 10 year warranty.
We've got a CTEK7000 that's been awesome. I've used it to successfully recondition 2 marine batteries that had been written off. Although the 7000 model might be overkill for your usage the 3300 would be a good choice.
