The foil is not always sealed completely. I have had a few bottles of stuff from AG where the foil came off with the cap when I unscrewed it. I don't know barrym but I'm sure he did nothing to it. This is the way all pre polycharged products come. AG/FourStar/Perfect Shine should be more explicit about extreme seperation occuring. If your going to toss it you might as well try it on a test panel before you give it up, or even better, call AG and talk to a rep. I'm sure they'd even send you a replacement if you were that uncomfortable with it. Did you feel the "solid object" inside dissolving as you shook it?

A little off topic, but if receiving products from AG and the seal isn't to the point where you need a chainsaw to get it off, does that mean that AG might be adding the Poly charge to the product before sending it out?? If so, thats weird..

Why are they polycharging stuff now? I was under the impression that liquid Souveran was a good product already.
They are polycharging it for added durability/slickness. There's nothing wrong with polycharger. It can only do good things for the product in terms of durability, ease of use, gloss, and slickness. I'm almost positive AG doesn't add the polycharger. I'm sorry to say but that was a waste of good product. You didn't even give it a try to see if it worked.
It's not a fair trade if you feel ripped off. I'm the one that made you feel like this, so I want to do the right thing and return your wax. If you'd prefer, I can order a new bottle of Liquid Souveran and have it shipped directly to you. Please let me know.
