Do they think before they send these?

I got an email from the head of our IT department today.. I had to lol..what's wrong with this email?

If your email in Prophet 21 is not working.



1. Log out of Prophet 21 - not out of wotsfarm – just out of Prophet 21

2. Log back in to Prophet 21 and your email should work in Prophet 21

3. Email me if you have a problem with your Outlook

Coming from a Server and Systems Administrator/Manager...I'm :shead: on this one. How does the "IT Manager" write an email like that?? lol...

 

If your email isn't working, you wouldn't get the message to begin with! lol.
