CG - contact person/email address

Hi guys,


any1 know who should I contact on CG? any specific address? I cant place order on CG website due to country selection error. Im living in Indonesia, however, on the selection country list was only USA. So, I couldnt place or submit my order. I had sent them email twice on sales@chemicalguys.com but no response so far within 3days. Im a bit fed up with their service. I called so many times on the line 3106782838 (stated 24/7) but nobody answer it.

I would like them to check the shipping cost to indonesia before send it out. But no response so far. I hope any CG's fans could help me out ... You can give my email ahwil_lim@hotmail.com to CG contact person as well. I hope they could drop me an email before the promotion off.

You might have a better chance of them answering if you call their local number with a calling card.

 

call the number and Paul will answer you. I called him yesterday regarding my Pete's 53 order and he's a really nice guy and a joker ... lol. I had a really good customer experience with him.

I've never gotten any responses from the sales@chemicalguys.com email address. You're better off calling them.

 

at last, I got reply from CG ... but the shipping cost was USD 55 ... OMG ... the total invoice of my order just USD 123 ... shipping cost is really kill me ... + tax for my country ... I asked more discount from Paul, Hopefully he will give me some special price or free sample hehe ...

I wouldn't hold my breath on the Free Samples, as Paul will have to eat that cost + Shipping :shakehead:

Sounds like your gonna have to keep saving, and make a Bigger Order $300-$400 USD. Seems like that would be the only way it will be worth your while :thumb:

Shipping overseas to here or from here is always expensive. I wanted to order an item from Spain, and shipping cost almost as much as the item itself.

I do hv many collection like master kit of Swissvax + best concorso wax, many of duragloss, many of optimum, megs 105 & D151, tons of MF from pakshak, and tools as well. I add CG to my collection shelf bcoz many good reviews in DB forum, especially the pete53 & jetseal.

Many of my frens go for products that sell locally in indonesia like megs, optimum, Autoglym, swissvax and so on. One shop is selling CG in indonesia as well, but the price is very high for certain products like Pete's53 + jet seal will cost USD 140. If I purchase direct from CG, it will only cost USD 68.95 + shipping cost + tax will still cheaper. However, some 16oz products like citrus wash & gloss, MF rejuvenator is cheap though.

Yes, the shipping cost is really a problem for us that live outside USA. If you r livin in europe, I think will be much cheaper to purchase direct from the website instead locally. Of course, U need to calculate, which one is cheaper as well. Some of the products are cheaper bcoz the distributor order in bulk. So, You need be very smart to survey the price.

 

Ahwil_lim let me know what you wanting from CG and I will see if I can make a plan for you. The South African distribution agent for CG is a friend of mine and the shipping might be cheaper from here than from the USA :thumb:

He quoted the shipping cost already UD 54.95, But he hasnt reply yet when to ship out to indonesia ... I just called him yesterday, he promised me to deal with it ...

I think some items would be cheaper in CG USA (bcoz of SALE) rather than UK CG (Normal price)... for example: New Car Air freshner USD 6.95 (TwitterCG for further 10% off = USD 6.255) compared to GBP 5.95 in UK x RATE GBP 2.643 against USD = USD 9.722. CG USA is cheaper about 55% though ....

I ordered a mix, some MF's Miracle Dryers, 109, CWC ect

 

I just write an email to CG to cancel my order ... its such a frustrating ... CG been deducted my money from my bank... but still no response until today ... CG supposed to contact me to confirm my full address in Indonesia when received my payment, but NO EMAIL at all, So, Im asking for the refund and cancel the order .... Its really the worst service ever meet in my life ... the CG 24/7 line is not work at all ... its shame ... how can you put the banner on your website "24/7 line" but no one take care of it ...

Anyone would like to help me out to call CG (Paul), to tell him about this poor service if Your place or city around CG company. Im trying to call so many times, but I couldnt reach him ...
