Dodge wiper is just great for american ppl. they like big things. lets see, how can we make a sports car?, oh i have idea, stuff as big of an engine in car as possible and call it a day, DONE.
yes i like japanese cars and all that stuff, finaly americans realized that big engines are BAD. you can get about same power from boosted engines. i do like form of viper but i dont see any technology revolution from that, maybe they will come back with mid engined car

The Viper is one of the best handling cars there is if you know how to drive. It currently holds the Nurburging Track record beating the the pants off of the highend European exotics costing hundreds of thousand more. A 2010 stock ACR just set the Laguna Seca track record a couple of weeks ago. The car is hand built and the quality is very good. I had a hell of a lot more problems with my Lamgorghini than I ever had with any of my Vipers. While the interior is not quite up to the quality of a Lamborghini or Ferarri it's very good. Considering the cost of the car compared to others that don't even match up to it's performance it's hard to complain about anything regarding a Viper.

Well Put GBS. I agree. Its such an iconic car and shaped the progression of American supercars. I highly doubt the Corvette ZR1 would be around if the Viper was not around. Just my 2 cents.

Every single time I see one, everyone stops and stares. It still has a big impact, even after all these years.

Absolutely one of my all-time favorites. Brilliantly looking vehicle.

Great car and will be sad if it does change its tune from a raw power car to some luxury sports car deal. There was something about a Viper that had this clout about it.

Like i said before, they did have a large impact on the scene, and set benchmarks for other car manufacturers to aspire to. But the big displacement for high hp formula is old news. I do hope they bring it back, I'd like to see a v8 built for forced induction, that rev's to 9k and twin turbo stock from the factory. That's just my preference, that's all I'm saying. That and some serious interior updates, and i'd be all over it again.

The ACR (which at the time of the test was equipped with Hardcore Package option, suspension adjustments, aero adjustments) used to be the fastest "production" car around the Nurburgring, but its now the Radical SR8LM, which was powered by a NA V8 that was based off of two Suzuki inline 4 motors making less power (455hp) than the ACR.

The viper was/is a great car, but I agree with Dodge ending the model Its time they change things up
    just my opinion.
