yeah im just gonna stick it out for now and start looking for other work.

yeah i've begun that process of putting together a business plan. i also have a couple good opportunities coming up in the spring so i'll just see what happens.

thanks for your input marcus. about the racism. their blatant racist statements were enough for me to deem them racist. the last guy who just quick the other day walk out the door as he was yelling "why couldnt they demote that cracker". and im the only white person who works in detail right now.

take it easy man some things will come up a wise man once told me "let others led that does not mean they are strong" but in the other hand if you do feel you want to be manager there are other ways to achieve such a goal but those are my two cents my 2 cents
