Us "old" guys like Ken, Dana and I that have been doing this for a long time are, and always have been, advocates of doing it right with compounds and polishes. I have bottles of glaze that are older than some of the cars on the road. Ken and Dana's advise will produce flawless, LASTING, results. The only thing I will add is lock it in with either a good wax like Collinite or a sealant like Duragloss (the 111 gives a wet look).

This is the great thing about the Megs twins, you actually get more than just two polishes out of the two bottles because you can very the cuts with different pads. If you are looking to amp the finish up I would get the 85rd also.

ok now Im looking on the AG site and Im seeing LC CCS pads and the LC FLAT pads. Would I be fine going with the CCS?

If they have the 5.5 flat pads they are better to use on a pc than the ccs pads.

You know what I believe Ken carries all the colors in the flat pads, just pm him and he will hook you up.

M105 + Orange + DA = Really good cutting for a DA. If it is a hard clear go with what Asphalt said and you should be left with a nice finish.

    Holograms with a PC??

I've never seen holograms with a PC... Are you sure what you are seeing is not micro marring/scouring?

could be, Im not sure I just see these lines coming off of the reflection of the sun.they are everywhere. Like if you had oil residue on a mf and wiped the car. except they are still there after an IPA wipedown. and they arent oily.

There is a possibility that they are there from the start and you din take them out properly with your PC. Will need it know how you work your polish with it. Another possibility is the paintwork may be soft and sticky and the polish you use with your technique don't go well with the defects.
