I'm still just practicing with a DA machine but would like to make a few bucks buffing cars on the weekends this summer.
How do you mobile guys deal with clients that live in apartments, where there is no garage, no electrical outlets, and the tenants aren't allowed to work on their cars?

You have them come to you in situations like that. I prefer not doing details in Condo apartments because you never know the variables that will come up. leaking pipes, no space, annoying places for power plugs. Things like that.

Yeah, the problem is I am one of those people that live in a condo. We have a small garage but we're not allowed to work in it.

you could ask the customer if they have a friend or family member that lives close by. and do it at there house. maybe even get another customer that way :)

exactly. otherwise you might have to pass on that particular job depending on the circumstances.

I've done this before -- offer both people like 10% off for the day for combining at one location.

I have 2 regulars who are friends and they always meet up at one of the two's house. Whomever's wife is gone and whomever has the biggest TV at the time :p
