Around this time last year I made the transition from a point and shoot to a DSLR. My camera of choice was a D60. About two months ago I picked up a 12-24 lens and it would not autofocus with the D60. Well that started me thinking that it's time for another camera body. So for my birthday I picked up a D90. I've had the camera for 2 days now and I'm shocked at how much faster it is than my D60. I also have a lot to learn about the camera and what settings I can change. I'm looking forward to another year of getting familiar with a new camera. No, I don't think I'm going to move up next year. I think I'll wait a couple of years before I move to something like a D300s...LOL Anywho here are some of the pictures I took yesterday. No I haven't done any post production editing to them. That's another aspect of photography I need to learn. Oh the car is wearing a coat of SN and Austintacious.
Very nice pics man! correct me if I'm wrong but the D90 is better than the D3000 and also the D5000. The D5000 is significantly cheaper than the D90 and is suppose to have really good value but so far the D90 is far superior. a good website to see camera reviews is Digital Camera Reviews and News: Digital Photography Review: Forums, Glossary, FAQ Wow SN looks really nice on that black!
