We should plan something farther in advance and get people from all over. We could have an international DB meet. haha I will bring the beer.
How will I recognize anyone when I arrive? Should I look for anoyone/anything specific? Are we still on for 10:00am on Saturday?
Oooh good question, just ask for Justin (Crossroad) Mike (Calgarydetail) or my self Carlos (Nica) but I won't be there till 1:00 PM or so. Justin is the owner of the the shop so he better be there hahahahaha. There is parking beside the wash too. As far as I know 10AM it is but I'll let Calgarydetail and Crossroad confirm that. Oh by the way nice avatar :thumb: al hail Toyota :worship: :worship: :worship:
i belive we are still on for 10 yes, some people and cars may come later but we can always shoot the breeze. When you show up please park outside and come ion through the doors. We do not want to block the bays... I will be there...lol.. iknow that dosent help. I would say come into the office (you cannot miss it) and ask for either justin or mike. We will both be there. Hope to see everyone on Saturday
Excellent, looking forward to it! I'll bring the clay! Do we know yet what kind of car we're working on?
i have a 2004 subarue impresa 2.5RS lined up.. with the way the weather is i could not get a sporst car
Cool. No problem about the sports car! Of course, there is always this idiot I see driving around in a new, white Corvette Convertible in the NW in the middle of winter mg:. Perhaps I could track him down, ask him what the hell he's doing :bat:, and then offer to clean his car...LOL!
oooh I cant wait to get my hands on the subaru I shot gun on the hood, yes all mine mmmuuuuaaaaaaaahhhhhhhhhhhaaaaaaaa :giggle: Just teasing...not but really I got dibs on the hood aranoia: aranoia:
would love to go. but im detailing my 335i Saturday. Just got it out of the body shop... so cleanup time!!
I have seen that! I mean it is a car and it is ment to be driven...but he/she should wash it You have a 335? Coupe or sedan? PICCCSSSS
No you werent, you know you want to come bro...man can't wait till technology comes out with teleporting or something :waiting2: :waiting2:
I would have to agree with you rucdn, some vehicles are meant for winter others are absolutely not...oh man now I've never driven a Corvette but man those things are dangerious during summer too lol. Heck my Lexus dosen't even come out during winter hahahaha that's why I love my rust bucket Jeep :thumb:
Haha you are ALL too right. I've driven a few vettes, and they aren't really even fun in the rain...I wouldn't dream of taking them out in this weather; i'd surely killmyself and chip up the car!
I am not sure....I have seen a few CTS-V's in the winter, and the only real difference is weight. The newer ones came with an LS2. It might not be the safest, but a G is a pain in the ass in the winter as well, but you see tons of them on the road too. If it was my vette I wouldn't drive it. Hell I don't even drive my car!
well today was a huge sucess. thanks everyone for comming out. it made for a great day. Im sure carlos will ost the picks he tookl.. thanks again everyone
