Recently completed correction and detail, vehicle was in need of some TLC as it has been driven hard(sic:properly lol) and had some "patina".

Car as it was delivered to the shop.

The pearl orange(arancio borealis) hides the defects well, but the RIDS were evident on the carbon wing.

Broke out the Edge wool & M105 and levelled the marring and RIDS.

More deep scratches on the lower rear bumper.

After initial first pass with the wool & foam pads.

Rear taillights were scratched as well.

Pretty good sized scuff on the right rear sail panel(sanded with 1500/3000 grit trizact).

    Defect corrected.

This color really absorbs defects, but this pic shows the marring present(hard paint suckness PPG paint took FOREVER to level on this job).

    After..... much better.

Polished the inside as well as the outside of the engine cover(Carbon tightness)

This vehicle is loaded with carbon fiber, and the doors are similar to the 16M's I did a month and a half ago.

    Marring on the doorskin.

    50/50 pic.

    Fully corrected and polished.

The O.E graphic had become dull, and the client pointed this out as a concern to pay attention too so I lightly polished the graphic .

    Bob,
You make it look easy, and I know it is not. Great Job. I noticed that you broke out the Giallo colored vacuum hose for the job. Nice touch..
    I love the exterior color.

Fine work, sir. I really like the picture of the carbon fiber door with the orange paint reflections. Carbon fiber tripness.

You said you polished the graphic. Mind sharing the product used? Just interested, as I've never heard of anyone polishing a graphic before.
