    Tonya Welcome to Detailing

I tired differnet product that Showroom Shine gave me. Its called DRI WASH 'n GUARD. A Waterless Car Wash & Protective Glaze.

    Label:
    The label was straight colorful.

    Application / Directions:[/B]
The directions were easy to understand an clearly writen. The print was rather small. The application was as follows
    1. Apply product to cool, dry surface in shaded area out of wind, if possible.
    2. Use two soft towels - one for applying the product and one for buffing.
    3. Invert AIRosol pump sprayer and shake vigorously for 15 - 20 seconds.
    4. Pressurize bottle by pumping cap "up and down" until a strong resistance is felt (approx. 10-15 itmes)
    5. Spray a light coat of the product on a small section of the vehicle (2-3 sq. ft.) spraying with broad, sweeping motions where possible.
6.Using the towel, with moderately firm pressure, rub polish thoroughly over the sprayd area until the filmy haze that developed almost totally disappears.
    7. Immediately buff remaining haze to a high gloss with the buffing towel.

    Smell:
It has a light clean scent.

    Cleaning ablilty
I had washed the car as I always do with ONR first. I left a unknown smudge on purpose and the DRI WASH 'n GUARD removed it with no problem. Other than that the car was cleaned with the ONR first.

    Appearance:
I will let the pics do most of the talking. I am very impressed with the slickness and shine of this product. I take bad pics but I think you will be able to see the shine.

I have been warned this product might not be well received, but I have to say I am impressed. It is different than AW. It has a thicker consistency and a different feel. I can't explain it, but when I was buffing it dry it felt more when I am buffing wax.

Look at the flakes and the reflection. I have never been able to capture that before.

I really don't think I have that much orange peel on my car  I hope it is the pic quality :thud: OMG I better figure out how to use my PC. Sparkie, Jimmie, AL-53 heck everyone you better get ready for a lot of questions this spring :rollinglaugh: :thud:
Wolfpacker and MotorCity thanks for helping me kick it up a knotch on my wheels. Those babies are clean and shiney! Dressing VRP and Duragloss on the wheel wells, thanks for the suggestion from what i had to choose from, Motorcity!

I was told that product was super oily. I am not sure if that is true or not. The local Porsche dealership uses it, but their cars looks terrible. The whole distribution seems kind of like a pyramid scheme.

With that said though, the sonata does look pretty good!

Tonya, I have used this product for a few years now and I can say that I like it a lot. I think that your process of using ONR first is a good one. I do have to say though, if for some reason, you can't use a rinseless wash first, then don't use the DW&G product. With that senario I have useed CG One instead with great results. I also like the fact that ONE will also add a decent protective coating of Carnauba as well.

Tonya..I've been selling DWG for probably close to 10 years now. I only sell through internet links and repeat business. I think the products I am using now are far superior. Just my:2cents:
