    Hi guys

my dad recently had the glass engine cover shipped over and installed on his Murci, so im going to give it a detail

ive only ever used sv concorso on it in the past

id like to hear what glaze/wax combo's you guys have used on yellow with great results

its purely a garage queen along with all his other cars, so durability isnt an issue

here's some pics of the engine lid, it does look awesome in the flesh and the wet carbon underlay matches the carbon engine bay surround now

here's a pic of it with Z5-Pro + sv concorso

and my latest list of waxes

i was leaning towards either the BF wet ice kit as i really want to give these another go after my failed test on my own car, or i was thinking about CG Vertua + E-zyme. For some reason im thinking e-zyme would look really good on this colour

    your thoughts?

straight souveran after correction, or should i glaze first?

maybe use the opportunity to test my DWG 2.0 or even CK YCW

mmmm actually that might be a winning combo, CK YMW + Souveran

    Dom,

I know that David (dsms) has worked on a solid yellow Murci before. He may have some insight on your question.

The Wet Glaze will add to the colour and wetness for sure. I love using it on solid reds. I'd like to see the E zyme as I've had some for awhile now and haven't used it. The AG Hi Def will look outstanding because of the polymers. You'll get great wetness.

your collection s great by the way .but if you ever want totry another wax. pinnacle signature series 2 gives a super wetgloss . has alot of oils in it . and is as well like a glaze wax. a joy to use. smells great and islike applying butter. so nice. well worth 49 bucks for a tub.

Dump them all in a box reach in and grab one, I'm sure it will look great with any of those waxes.

domino i say u simply send all your waxes over here and money to buy a yellow lambo and i'll test it all out for u LOL

but yeah maybe sealant the glass instead of wax? might be better?
for the yellow body, i seriously have no idea cuz I dont own any light color cars (nor does my family) hell even my dad's new GTI is black

I'm eager to give dwg a go too, and this is prob one of few chances I'll get, I'm struggling to fit it into one of my pre-cleaner and wax tests as it has no cleaning ability

Will it bond too ck ymw?
