Detailing Arsenal???

For me it's emptying my Durrmaid Hot Water Extractor...everytime it's full, the waste water smells like the sewer! And it usually makes a mess as I heft the unit to the toilet. What do you hate doing??

Cleaning pads after correcting single stage paint has to be the worse thing I have ever had to do.

 

Aw yes, the forever tinted pads, lol.

 

Haha I actually like emptying my extractor, when I do I bring the customer outside asking if they want coffee I'd have to say I hate most refilling all my chemicals at the end of the day and washing my towels each day.

 

Haha yes I have a stack of pads with a lovely pink hue on them.

 

I can only imagine how bad extractor remains can be. The only thing close I can think of is emptying the collection portion of my Bissell Pro Heat but that isn't that bad. I have fumbled it before and did get it all over me, that was gross.

 

Cleaning wax out of applicators, cleaning polish pads, refilling stuff, and most of all not having enough $$$ to buy everything I want!!!!!

 

Yeah the extractor waste is measured in gallons and definitely seems toxic. I wear gloves and eye protection, but thinking about a respirator next time and protective clothing, lol. I always dread that.

 

Trying to reel in the rigid hose on my power washer!!! The darned thing fights every inch of the way...

 

Washing my towels since I do it by hand.
Cleaning pads = the easiest thing to do since Prima Swirl just rinses out in warm water, no soap required.

 

dropping microfiber when sorting them.

 

I f*cking HATE that.

 

cleaning out my garage and drive way from all the crap that shed off the car I was working on.

 

I generally hate all of the after cleaning process lol

Putting away and cleaning everything after a correction job thats the worst, because everything is out and you use so many tools, products, mf, etc.

 

Putting everything away after a detail, it sucks because I have really poor memory so I'll set cleaners and dirty towels all over the place and then have to remember where I put them so I can pick up. Which usually takes a while...

 

I hate putting any stuff away.. im pooped after a duel or three stage job and i just want to reap the fruits of my work

 

I agree rolling up all hoses suck, especially the pressure washer ones.
