I have a marketing idea I want to share. I tried to post it in off topic but kept getting error messages I know a lot of my work comes from conversations with people. I often wish I had something I could give out that would give them an idea of the kind of work I do, what I charge and so on. Then the other day I got a program that came with a mini cd. Perfect, I thought, just the thing to give to someone to put in their computer and see pics, etc. I am going to buy them in bulk and burn a bunch and see how it goes. Maybe someone has already thought of this, I just don't remember seeing it posted. That's a good idea there richy, if you do it properly you can totally use it for advertising...maybe someone else has done this but it's the first time I see this idea. A few years back, I remember receiving a couple of business cards that were actually mini-CDs. The CD labels looked like a normal business card, but the CDs were cut rectangular instead of round. They did not hold as much data as normal minis, but I thought it was a good idea. I'll see if I can find you some info on those.
