is it a great idea to put a coat of wax on after drying the whole car with a quick detailer?being that q/ds containe there own gloss agents . your not really get the total look out of your wax!! is this true? if im going to wax. should i dry the truck with a towel then wax? what do you guys do?

I find that people like VXRMarc use Megs Last Touch before drying. Then apply the cleaner fluid, then the wax.

yes i agree that would be ideal . i was just wondering i dont alway s feel like useing a paint cleaner and just want to throw a nice coat of carnuaba on . lets say souveran for instince. it is known for its own distinct shine. useing a q/d like say adams then souverna i would think . you wouldnt get the full affect of the wax?

I always use a QD to assist in drying

Do an IPA wipe down, it'd b quicker. Of course use thr qd for drying, then ipa

Sometimes these "gloss enhancers" will interfere with the bonding of sealants.
