Someone recommend a good digital camera. I'm looking for a one thats pretty decent. 8.0 megapixel. Wanting to spend between $100-150. Not really looking for one to do pro work. Just one that takes decent outside shots. Thanks, Heath
AMPhotoWorld.com - CanonPowerShot A590-IS, 8.0 Megapixel, 4x Optical/4x Digital Zoom, Digital Camera Is this camera decent?
Right now I am using a Fujifilm FinePix S700. Its 7.1 Megapixel, 10x optical zoom with a 2.5" LCD screen. More than happy with it.
I have a Sony Cybershot T20..i think you can get them right now at about 125.....havent checked that in a while..i like it
Cooter, you need to get with my camera consultant JL. He steered me in the right direction a few montha ago and I only spent about 120.00. I will see what model I have when I get home.
Cooter if i could offer you one piece of advice it would be this, i know that i had a different sony camera that took AA batteries to run, and when i bought the T20 (off ebay) i didnt kow it ran off of its own unique battery pack...which i had to go buy, and completely defeated the purpose of buying off ebay haha...im not sure of course how these other cameras work but make sure you have some power source with your camera purchase unless it takes AA batteries...i think the battery and the charger ended up costing me 120.00 and the camera 130...which new they were like 219 at the time...so ouch.. haha
Whatever camera you may choose to buy, make sure it has Lithium Ion battery. Not only does a Lithium Ion battery charge fast, but also, lasts a long time as well.
