thanks all, it's been a long wait indeed. as to whether it is soft or hard, i think it would be soft. There seems to be a bit of crumbing just like when I had my natty's red. so i would imagine the texture would be like that. I picked up the small bit and rubbed my fingers , it melted very quickly...
