This was done in the past Sunday, and I almost forgot to do a write up .
I was meant to do a wash clay POLISH and wax on my car, but day light savings KILLED me and it was getting dark by the time I wanted to start the polishing step :(. I have no shop lights and the garage lights are dim. I ended up just doing a clay and wax. I am doing a small review of XMT Glaze and Diamondite Glass cleaner that Ong~Bak (from AUtogeek) sent to me to try out. He also sent me 106FF which I wanted to try out but then the lack of lighting screwed me over. Also, Surf City Garage Tech kindly sent me Nano Seal, Nano Glaze, and Hot Rod Detailer to try out.

    Products used:

Two bucket method with 2 grit guards in mitt rinse bucket
DP 4 in 1 (wash and clay lube)
    Surf City Nano Detail Mitt
    Riccardo Clay
    Cobra Guzzler
    Cobra edgeless MF (teal)
    Cobra Jr
Excel Detail MFs: Blue Supreme, Titan Jr, Erasure
Passenger side LSP: Surf City Sealant (without Nano glaze)
Driver Side prep+LSP: XMT Glaze, used Pete's 53 on hood, and did the rest of driver's side
with SIgnature Series II for KT (Pirex) :p.
Surf City Hot Rod Detailer to help me buff off the sealant

    Now the review!

XMT Glaze: I couldn't tell the difference in the looks, due to the lack of lighting in the garage. It made the paint nice and smooth to make wax easier to apply. I love the feel of it after application. To me it feels like P21S paint work cleanser when I run my fingers over the paint. It's an easy product to use. I used it with the UDM and blue pad, working with it at speed 5 spreading it around evenly, then applied it to the next area. Once I applied it over the driver's half of the car, I buffed it off starting from the first area I applied it on. I still need to test it out to give my final thoughts.

Diamondite Glass Cleaner: I've been using stoner's, but I like this glass cleaner as well. Streak free and it makes the glass look nice and invisible. I haven't tested it on DIRTY windows, but I will soon. I haven't tested it in the sun either. So far, I like this glass cleaner but it's not enough for a final thought.

Surf City Nano Seal: This smelled almost exactly like the Pacific Blue Wash n Wax. It was actually hard to buff off the sealant, but I need to give it a fair try again. I should have left it on longer (maybe an hour). I used the Hot Rod detailer to help me buff it off. There was no initial slickness, but the next day it felt nice and slick. I will have to follow up on the durability and take pictures of the beading when I do the next wash this week. I haven't topped it with the Nano Glaze because I wanted the sealant to cure first.

Hot Rod Detailer: This stuff smells like bubblegum! It said it has UV protective properties. I have no way to test that. Maybe I should use it as a sunblock :p. It's a nice QD to wipe off light dust. I also used it around the house and it left a nice slick surface around the house and on the car's paint.

I agree with sneek, can't say I've tried this product out just yet.

The vehicle looks great buddy, very smooth and nice reflection to it too :thumb:

I've heard good things about Diamondite Glass Cleaner, may have to give it a go one of these days.

Very nice review, thank you for sharing.

Sneek: I need to work with this stuff again. I will do an experiment. I need to use it on our darker vehicle. It's a 4 Runner and it's dark green metallic. It's really hard for me to see if I have a wax or sealant that needs to be buffed off. I'm gonna seal it with the nano seal and probably leave it on over night or leave it on for an hour or more and buff it off. The Surf City Garage Tech from Autogeek online said there's no cure time for the seal, but then the next day the paint was pretty slick compared to the initial buffing. I will also have to play around with the glaze. He also said the glaze can be used as a standalone and lasts as long as a wax or a sealant, and that it has carnauba wax and some synthetics.

Nica: Thanks Carlos! I appreciate the compliments :). I was actually disappointed because I couldn't polish the car but I was happy the next day after seeing it in the sun lol. I'm not sure if it was placebo but I could see a difference after giving the car a nice clay and wax/seal. I can't wait to see the beading next time I give her a wash.
