Sorry i don't have any before or in process shots as this was done by myself with a little help here and there, and was crunched for time to get the car ready for a local show (Waterfest 16). Color of the car is Quartz Grey Metallic. -Degreased exterior and engine bay with dilutions of W99 -Wash outside with Optimum's car wash and a small squirt of Dawn. -Wheels cleans with P21S wheel gel -Clayed with Gliptone Clay bar (Yellow Bar from an old batch) -Polished -Menz Super Intensive + Cyan Hydro Tech Pad + Flex Rotary -Menz 85rd + LC White Pad+Flex Rotary -Swissvax Cleaner Fluid + LC Blue Pad + PC LSP - Swissvax Crystal Rock FMJ on lower rocker panels (these aren't seen easily since the door blades block them from view, and they get alot of grime, not worth the CR) at the show i sprayed some DODO juice red mist and then final wipe with adam detail spray. tires were dressed with OPT Opti Bond. Engine bay dressed with Adam's In and Out. Some pics from the show.
Thanks guys, the car is on air ride. The wheels i bought used from a friend who picked them up from a shop as take off's i got them at a steal for $1900 a while back with 225/35/19 tires on them mounted. they go for $1500 a wheel at the dealership no tires.
Yup, that's my car. Thanks!! Thanks man, appreciate it. It's the second time I've applied it to my car, and really like the beading action, super tight beads and the look it produces on metallics is the best I've seen. I'm going to apply a second coat to make sure all panels are covered. the lower rockers will get a coat of SV Shield.
that is one dope ride. What is being used to cover the intake tube and the under side of the hood? Car looks dope for sure . . . . . . i'm digging the white and black rims on the audi near yours but your audi blows that thing out of the water for sure.
