Identical car to the one I completed a few weeks ago, this car was MUCH easier in one regard but as I am spoiled working in the shop with a lift my old bones let me know today how much I need it(scissor lift) and how tough mobile jobs can be with limited light and a bathroom not always close by.

This car had very little defects that I have come to expect from Ferrari, but this car is no doubt one of the best cars in the world period. I would only find a few sand scratches but the rear bumper has a few blend marks that could not be corrected(customer was shown the small defects) so all in all the car came out beautiful.

This was a exterior detail and engine wipedown, also corrected the marring on the carbon door shells.

This was the only bad RID, which corrected easily.

As the paint was typical ceramic hardness I levelled with the wool.

Sand scratches over right rear wheel arch.

    Corrected.

    Foam pad compounding.

Carbon door shells looking thier best.

    Paint finished down pre-lsp.

As mentioned earlier, just a wipedown on the engine, and polishing off the exhaust can.

It was early evening so no sun pics, cloudy today in the Bay Area anyway.

Here a few pics the client sent me of the car @ The Danville D'Elegance a informal exotic car show.

This pic looks like a Ferrari press release pic(sans the car in someone's garage lol).

As usual, your work looks great. "Danville D'Elegance" that's awesome.

Appreciate the comment, no huge correction but this car has to be shared as it is "Tightness" and the owner was so geeked about his car as he has had it for over a year and now it is "as new".

Beautiful work again, Bob. Always top notch! :thumb:

I got a chuckle out of not having a scissor lift. I've wanted one of those for SO long now, and that just proves how much nicer on the old bones it would be to have one. I have a bad back, and dread lower panels/rockers. But, that's why God invented vicodin. :D
