def should, it isnt very pricey either and that effect was with only 1 layer!
im gonna go apply the 2nd layer in a bit in my garage and will take pic tmr if its sunny again.

However I did apply Zymol HD Cleanse first to clean up after my finnnnnneeeee clay and my rims and roof were sealed with opti-seal (i was climbing up n down for the roof and being only 1 man, i couldnt get equipment handed to me lol) instead of glanz.

nonetheless i am VERY happy with the product and highly recommend it to anyone else who wants a sealant that pops. even powerlock cant match this!

does glanz fill or hide anything?

It didnt hide microscratches that were probably induced overtime or by my fineeeee claying which the zymol hd cleanse wasnt able to fill/clean/polish away.

so i think it doesnt fill or hide. best to ask mike lol

    To answer your questions...

Kyoshiro: When it's about room temp or higher, I apply another layer just about 10-15 minutes after the prior application. Doesn't take long to cure. But as it gets colder, you'll have to extend that to two or three times as long just because it takes longer for any solvents to evaporate (flash). An hour is a safe bet.

Oldcracker: no, Glanz has no abrasives in it so there's no correction. It's all wax and some solvent that acts as a carrier. If you're looking to conceal microabrasions, PolishWax is excellent for that. It'll also conceal holograms/clouding.

BTW, I applied about seven successive applications of Glanz on my car back in October and after months of heat, driving on dirt roads and rain, it's holding up very well. The only areas I had to re-apply were the trunk lid and door handles (areas that get grabbed a lot). I noticed this after driving through a dirt road and the dust didn't stick to the paint anywhere other than those areas. You could literally see the hand prints.

I use Glanz on my car from time to time. Its amazing stuff.
Phil turned me on to it about 3 years ago.

    Michael,

1)if i were to overapply glanz (bad habit), do u think hitting it with a little distilled water after wiping the haze away would interrupt the curing process and/or decrease its longevity?

2)on that note, can i apply it with a dampened applicator without changing the curing process?

thanks in advance... glanz is becoming a favorite of mine... and i have a lot of lsp's.

Einszett Glanz is my favorite LSP. And I have used the distilled water technique with great results. Haven't seen any decrease with longevity yet.
