Lol, I'm not ashamed of it guys. Its just my brand of self-deprecating humor I suppose. However, I was shocked that seemingly nobody here uses M-Seal.
that's cause jetseal is better. i kid i kid :giggle:. i've actually never used M-Seal, but i like jetseal so much that i think i'll be sticking with it until i find a better alrernative.
Ummm, its great? Really though, I like it a lot. If I had to compare to a product I've used in the past, I would say Zaino Z-5. It's a fairly durable sealant with an ability to fill minor marring. I'm sure JetSeal is superior but with as often as I apply durability isn't an issue, price is. By the time I've finished applying to the car, the panel I started on is ready to be buffed clean. My personal preference is to pull the car out into the sun and let it sit for 20-30 minutes. It could just be me, or a placebo effect but I feel the results are better this way. We're coming out of some unpredictable weather with the temperature variances (70 one day, 30 the next), so it's been around 3-4 weeks since I've washed and applied M-Seal. Car still beads water well and is slick to the touch.
That is a very nice collection! I would say most people here on the forum love CG and their products.
Nothing wrong with that collection, nothing wrong at all :thumb: Be warned, detailing is very addicting...it starts all innocently with a few items here and there and before you know it you have the entire line up of Zymol waxes along with the Swissvax line up
hell yea dude! i just placed my first CG order yesterday, 1 gallon of sticky gel and the bottle and sprayer to go with it!
Thanks guys. Hey Nica, I already know how infectious detailing can be. Weather permitting, I wash the car weekly, and can never stop with just a wash. I've either got to toss on a coat of M-Seal or wax, move on to the interior, do the hatch, under the hood, and then polish up the exhaust.
Yea, I hear you...I tell my wife I'm going to wash the car and she says "I'll see you in about 6 to 8hrs then" lol...there are no simple washes any more...I remember when washing the car took me only an hour...ah those were the ignorant days
Do you notice any visual or durability differences between the two? Also, does FS fill minor marring as well as F-Seal? I ask because I think it's a bit much to run a buffer over the car every time something ugly rears it's head.
Unless I am mis-reading, you have 2 bottles of M-Seal, one with a white cap and the other with a black cap. What is the difference?
