Got my new lens in yesterday. Canon 55-250mm IS. So I snapped a few pics and here they are Gunnar had been diggin in the dirt, as you can tell by his nose. I was worried he'd get stung by the honey bees. That dog is fearless.

I got the lens from Adorama. Its a refurb. Cost me $206 shipped. I read alot of good feedback on the 55-250mm. It has the image stabilizer on it as well. $240-260 price for a new one. They call it the Nifty Two Fifty. So far I really like it. Now all I need is a tube extension. Thanks George. Yeah he eats like a horse. I spoil the shit out of him with dog treats. Looks like I'll be slowing down buyin treats with buyin this PC stuff hehehe. My version of Jenny Craig for my dog!
