Well its 11:30 on a saturday night, i hae the house to myself and have had the most wonderful eavning. I decided to stay in and im glad i did. I started my evening by opening a bottle of 2004 Laforet pinot nior, im not a big french fan but i enjoyed this bottle. I also smoked a wonderfull romeo Y julieta (size: corona) I drew a bubble bath, put on sirus opera and enjoyed a good soak. I have my glass in hand, Leoncavallo: I Pagliacci playing and am enyoing the night. It has been a while sine i have had a night to just soak and enjoy myself, i am in a state of calm and bliss. I think i wil start rereading atlas shrugged, my fav book. I am in bliss my friends. some times you just need a night to relax and gather your thoughts. So what makes the perfect "alone" night for you.. besides detailing ofcourse :banned:
LOL I detailed that monster...got a new car. I am going to be in touch with the guy getting the first GT-R in Calgary I am excited.
I like a few beers (don't drink wine, nor cognac), maybe a couple shots of vodka (straight, no mixes for me, learned my lesson already). No detailing during this relaxation though...
Sounds relaxing Calgary When I am relaxing, I like to take a glass whiskey or some cognac. The evening has to start with a good meal, like a beef made by myself! With a good wine! Then just sit in the coach and hear some music, or maybe see a good movie! Read a book are also a good alternativ!
Man Calgary you and pirex both know how to relax...mmm...what do I do to relax...mmmm....don't know...the forum is my relaxation. I enjoy just coming in and reading and trying how to improve it for the members...may sound weard to some of you but that's what I do to relax...that or detail...man nothing beats havin a vehicle in my garage, music pumping and a rotary going :woot: Again it may sound odd but that's just me......
what kind of whiskey do you drink? im not a huge cognac fan, but im a huge scotch drinker.. mmm scoth. what a wonderull drink, warms you from the inside. Its wonderfull on a cold winters day to have a nice neat glass of scotch....mmmm

im not a huge irish whiskey kinda guy, im a whiskey snob to the max lol. Im all about our single malt and premium rye....
ohh geeze thats a tough one umm for rye, gibson and crown royal. scotch: glenfich (18 and 21yr old) aburlour clan deny murray mcdavid man i could go on for hours. how about yourself?
For me its just Jameson and JD now. Oh, and The Famous Grouse But I will definitly buy a scotch one! What brand will you reccomend me to buy?
umm.. to start i would recomend the glenfarcles 15 yr or aberlour 10yr... both are relativly inexpensive yet still great scothes
