spray wax bottle

Hey guys,

I'm looking for a good bottle to use Optimum Car Wax in. I have a spray bottle for myself and have the big jug that I refill with but I wanted to give some to a friend for his car but I have no clue what a good bottle would be. I use the 17oz OCW bottle I got long ago and keep refilling it...where can I get one similar to it in Canada? I looked at eshine and autowerkes and couldn't find any.

The best bottle for OCW is the Meg's Quick Detailer bottle (burgundy one). That sprayer is awesome!!

same here ... which products are you using with this bottle?

 

2xONR QD, OID, ONR as clay lube.

I need to get a few more!

 

Where can I get them and do I have to buy them with the solution? I doubt I would use the QD solution..

 

You do have to buy them with the solution in them, sorry.

 

Ah ok...they are like $10 each here...any other kinds of bottles you guys might recommend (hopefully Canada ).

Every time I get a bottle I end up using the Meg's QD for clay solution ... just a thought. The Meg's QD is not that bad at all.

 

Like everyone else said the megs bottles are the best! More specifically the black ones. The burganday ones do not have a fine spray pattern and just spits it out like every other spray head. You can get QID at walmart for $4 a bottle and the product itself is very good so it wont be a waste.

I take the sprayers and custom fit them to some nice 12oz round bottles. They are perfect size to carry and to bring on a job. (The bottle cut off in the far left is actually OCW.)


As you can see, I got a whole bunch of megs products when they had the kits on sale for $5 at target. So once I go through all all the glass cleaner, UQW, UQD, and QID I'll have a bunch of extra sprayers left.

 

That's awesome . Now if only I could find this stuff for $4 locally . btw, where'd you get those clear bottles?

 

If you are just putting some in a bottle for a buddy, just go to your local walmart/target. Check out the travel section. They have both spritz bottles and sprayer bottles for around $1 each. 3-4 oz sizes. I'm actually using some for Optimum Optibond right now. Works fine.

Thats a great pic by last hope. I love the sprayers on the Meguiars bottles... They mist so perfectly.

I personally use my AW and OCW in the big 32 oz bottles with the generic white adjustable sprayer.. Every since I saw Anthony O using it in the video, i picked it up and havent bothered with anything else since.
