Nica- Here's some photos--not very good ones I'm afraid--of the Landcruiser and portions of the garage. Will work on getting some better photos to post, but I had these already downloaded. I've got OME shocks, springs and torsion bars on the LC, plus BFG ATs (285/75). Overall lift is about 2".
Thanks! It was a mess on the day I took those photos--I really need to straighten it out and post some better photos.
oooh that Lancruiser looks wicked :druling: love the engine bay...I don't know the pictures look good to me but I'm not expect or pictures...well not yet hahahahaha The garage looks wicked, what did you put on the floor, love how it's well organized :thumb: thank you for sharing if you got more pictures I'd love to see them...man can't get over the Landcruiser :applause: very nice. Oh you know which model I like of the Landcruiser that is, I like the 93 to 95 serious..not sure why but I just love how they look inside and out
Nica-I had a '94 80 series. And yes, very good vehicle. The transmissions on those things are incredibly tough. Of course they eat brake pads big time. It took me quite a while to really get into the 100 series after I sold the 80--in fact I kept the 80 for almost a year before I sold it. I just changed the brake pads on the 100 and also the front/rear diff oil and t-case oil as well. I've got Sherwin Williams garage paint on the floor. It's all right, but the Porsche tires have pulled it up in some spots. Still it's better than just bare concrete
Motor City- Polished with IZ Paint Polish (not Metallic Paint Polish). I find it cuts and finishes better than OC. Inside shots of body panels are after polishing only. I have used this polish with an orange pad on a PC and found it to finish out LSP ready--at least on this light metallic gray on the Landcruiser it does. Used a white pad and Metabo. Topped with FK1000P Hi Temp wax then FK100 on top of that. I really FK sealants on Japanese metallics. The 1000P is very long lasting stuff. Glass is done with Stoner's. IZ Cockpit on inside and IZ Leather treatment on seats.
Yep, that's what I was responding to. I had the photos "out of order". I like some of FK's products and their shipping is a flat $5 bucks for all orders. TDedkedney uses FK quite a bit in his details--at least he used to. Also, Bence has some great write ups about FK. HTH
