yup yup another thread about cwg. seeing that it leaves behind a layer of gloss , do you guys think it would actually turn against us , when we want to add a layer of lsp wax or sealant on top ? wouldn't that layer of gloss or protection or whatever it left behind come in between the bonding and curing of such ? and just wondering if it would come in the way of paint correction process too... hmm
me thinks you used too much CWG?? i think its about 1 cap full per 3 gallons of water. unless you use a foam cannon or gun. the the ratios are a bit complex. if i do bucket wash i put 1 cap full and if i use the cannon i put about 2oz but it washes about 3-4 cars.
Regardless how much you use (within reason) it's always going to leave some sort of gloss behind. As far as it affecting the LSP, I'm not sure. If I want to completely re-LSP my car, I'll use CWC (Clear).
anyone found out about this yet? - was thinking of getting cwg too. Dont think CWC is available in Chemguys.com.au yet.
ok this weekend i did two cars with a 16oz cwg bottle on the foam cannon. no dilution, just straight product. damn it shot barber shop type foam, i used regular water as i did not have access to di water this weekend. i will be doing my car tomorrow and will get pics. oh i used about 8oz on two cars. a gmc yukon and toy camry. i drive a scion xb so should use about 2oz lol
You don't ever need to be sorry. Even use guys that been around a little bit still can't keep up sometimes but what we need to do for you is find the master list. So you can study it and learn. It's so much easier when you know a few. It will get easier...:thumb:
i'm going to private label an LSP name LP640. it will be available ASAP, so long as there are no SNAFU's or FUBAR's. i'm trying PDQ. LOL
