CWG is great for weekly cleaning of the wheels. Thats all you need. Just throw a few onces in a 32oz. bottle.

SpeedArmor didnt make it eh? it would have had to have been pretty good for 60 bucks for a 16 oz...that surprises me it didnt at least make it out of testing

Using this method, do you just spray it on the wheels and aggitate with a brush and rinse?

Definitely interesting to hear this Phil, hehe. Now I can't wait to test it out when/if I get my hands on some. :headbang:

I use six ounces per gallon for really nasty stuff, then apply it with a garden sprayer as a pre-spray, just like TAW. CW&G isn't quite as good as TAW, but it does a decent job and is *alot* cheaper. Fighting with CW&G's rinse and glossing agents at this high of a concentration if a bit of a PITA, though.

How do you think the CW clear would work?

Automagic 777, I use it regularly for doorjams, engines and presoak.

So the thought of finding an alternative to P21S has arisen again as I'm almost out of TAW. I've thought about it and I think I'm going to try out some CG Wheel Gel, CWC, and Strong Wash. I still do have some CWG but I fear for having to deal with the glossing agents, hence why I'll be ordering CWC. I suppose I'll give CWG a chance with some testing to see if I can get it to work.

I really wish CG would update their site so I can just put my orders in online.

Well I just recently tried CG Premium Blue Wheel & Rim and had great success cleaning the 530i's decently caked brake-dust wheels. Keep in mind that this stuff is dilutable and cleaning those Bimmer wheels only required moderate agitation. Of course this is only one test I have conducted so far and several more will be done as more cars get dirty.

I recently received sample of CWC from Heath and so I'll be soon testing that along with CWG. I still have the CG Wheel Gel and Strong Wash on the list of things to purchase but I need to figure out what else I need to buy from CG to make the shipping really worth it.
