Even though I put a coat of Souveran on it on the 5th, I washed it yesterday and I still had some beading on it, but not much. So really, a week and half up to two weeks is what I'm seeing.

Slapped a layer of Pete's '53 on there OUT OF SPITE and it looks EXCELLENT still!!!

    Souveran all the way!

Looks and useability are fantastic so who cares about durability?

If durability is a concern, 2 coats of Jetseal underneath is all it takes to quash that.

Blackfire Midnight Carnauba Wax #24 is damn good also, and it's sold by a forum sponsor too.

funny story, i've got both of these

i've been trying to sell my 5050 to get vic red... i bought it anyway now lol

i haven't used the vic red yet, so i can't give a review. 5050 is a good wax though. Good for all colors imo

I heard Blackfire is run by the original founder of Pinnacle, so I guess he knows how to make a wax compete against Souveran hey!!! lol.

I've noticed that waxes that give your finish depth don't bead all that well...
Souveran, 5050 look amazing, but don't bead all that well, probably due to higher content of oils in it. Pete's 53 beats them easily. Wolfgang Fuzion is different though. I like it's beading action (close to Pete's 53 in my experience), it gives amazing depth, and pops flakes.
I will be trying Blackfire Midnight Sun very soon, wanna see it in action.
